  • MVT Fitness allows you to take control of your fitness. We know life is busy, which is why we aim to make fitness easy and accessible for everyone – regardless of your lifestyle, schedule, or fitness level. Our wide variety of courses are built to meet you where you’re at and are created with a variety of equipment needs in mind. MVT has a list of courses for you, whether you have access to a full gym or just need a bodyweight course to get yourself moving again.

    If you’re looking for accountability, want to maximize your workouts, or need help with form, our coaches are ready to guide you on your fitness journey and provide answers to questions you might not even know you had – all on your time. If you just need a new course to mix up your current workout routine, we have a membership tier for you, too.

  • Find motivation through our expertly designed courses and content, all on your own time. Enroll in courses, complete classes, and interact with all MVT users when and where you want. Core members also receive full access to our library of movements and modified movements. (Because no one should miss out on a great workout due to a past injury.)

  • Access all the features of Core with the added benefit of a coach! Improve your form and crush your fitness goals with weekly asynchronous check-ins with a certified MVT coach. That means you can send questions or videos and receive coaching messages whenever it works for your schedule. Complete a fitness assessment, record class segments, ask your coach questions, and receive personalized recommendations based on your unique needs.

  • Level up with one-on-one asynchronous coaching up to three times per week! Once your assessment is complete, your personalized journey begins. Your certified MVT coach is ready to answer questions, send personalized videos, and make recommendations that will keep you realizing your potential and seeing the progress you’re craving.

  • Log in to the My Account section of the website to edit personal information, update billing details, or access your membership information. You may also edit personal information from the Profile tab of your app.

  • Log in to the My Account page of the website, then click the “change” button in the account password section.

  • We believe that a great workout doesn’t need to be confined to a traditional gym environment. That’s why we’ve created a list of courses that can be completed anytime, anywhere with the equipment you have on hand. Use the filter function on the course tab of the app to find a course that fits your equipment needs. From bodyweight to minimal equipment to a full gym, we have courses that will keep you moving. Having trouble with specific movements due to equipment limitations? No problem – we’ve got a modified version of every movement so you can tackle every workout with confidence.

    Looking for some new equipment? Visit the website for our exclusive partner, PRx Performance, for all the equipment featured in the MVT Fitness app.

  • The MVT Fitness app is maximized for mobile phones with models and software versions currently supported by Apple or Google.

    You may be able to access the app on tablets or smart tvs, however, we cannot guarantee availability or maximum performance on all devices.

  • If you sign up from the web, you have the option to enter a promo code during the payment process. Promo codes cannot be stacked or entered if you create your account from the MVT Fitness app registration process on an iPhone.

    When your free trial or promo code expires, the credit card on file will automatically be charged the current monthly membership rate plus any applicable tax on your next billing cycle until you upgrade or cancel your membership. If your billing cycle began on the 31st day of the month, you will be charged monthly on the 30th day of the month (or the 28th in February).

    Log in to your account to view the status of any promo codes applied to your account or change your payment method.

  • If you change your membership plan at any time, your payment method on file will be charged the full amount of your new membership fee in addition to a prorated fee based on the days you accessed the new membership on your next billing cycle, regardless of waitlist status at that time. Your billing date will remain on the day of the month on which your first membership plan began.

    If you have already been assigned a coach at the time of your membership changes, you will keep that coach until you replace that membership with a Core plan or cancel.

  • If you signed up from the MVT Fitness website, log in to the My Account page and click the “Cancel Membership” button in the Membership section.

    If you have an iPhone and signed up within the app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription from your phone’s settings app. Click to learn more.

    If you cancel your membership, you will still have access to your account until your next billing date and will not be reimbursed for the remaining days of the current month.
